Brother James E. Clyburn - August 2010

On August 29, 2010, Phi Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. in conjunction with Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority recognized Brother James E. Clyburn as an Omega Representative of America. This event took place at the Fountain of Life Church in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Brother Clyburn, who is the "House Majority Whip, U.S. House of Representatives 6th Congressional District, South Carolina" was presented with a plaque by Brother Charles Peevy on behalf of Phi Iota for being the highest ranking African American in the U.S. Congress. Brother Clyburn was also made an honorary member of the 12th District of Omega Psi Phi. The following photographs will provide you with a brief glimpse of this event.
